Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Floor ("we") when you use trainonfloor.com and the Floor app. By joining you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Floor.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older and join with a valid invitation. One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
2. No advice, no signals
- Nothing on Floor is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, whether it comes from us or from members.
- Do not sell or promote paid tips, signals, "guaranteed" returns, or trading groups, and do not ask members for money.
- Any real trading decision you make is your own, at your own risk.
3. How members treat each other
Do not post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, or that shares someone's private information. No spam, scams, fake screenshots presented as real results, impersonation, or attempts to move members to other apps to sell them something. Do not try to break, overload or get around the app's security.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You allow Floor to store, show and share it inside Floor (and in share cards you choose to make) so the app can work. You confirm you have the right to post it. You can delete your posts, and your whole account, at any time.
5. Music and copyright
Only post videos, music, photos and words that you made yourself or have permission to use. Most film and popular songs belong to music labels, and Floor does not hold a music licence, so please do not add them to your videos.
If something on Floor uses your work without permission, email contact@trainonfloor.com with the subject "Copyright". Tell us the member's username and which post, what you own, and how to reach you. We reply within 24 hours and remove content that infringes. Members who keep posting other people's work may lose their account.
6. Records and rankings
Trade records, R values, tiers and rankings are worked out automatically from market prices and may contain mistakes. We may correct them. They are not a promise of any skill or future result.
7. Moderation and complaints
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put members at risk, with or without notice. Members can report entries, and block or mute other members.
Floor has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any such content is removed, the account is closed for good, and it is reported to the authorities. See our Child safety standards.
Any complaint about content on Floor, including copyright, can be sent to our grievance contact at contact@trainonfloor.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
8. The service
Floor is offered as it is, and may change, pause or stop. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Floor is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including any real-money trading decisions.

10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell members in the app when it matters. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
