• Forgot your password: write to us (or message the Floor admin) with your username. Once we know it is you, we send a one-time reset code; on the sign-in page tap Forgot password? and use it.
• Something wrong on a post or a member: use ··· → Report on the post, or Block / Mute on their profile.
• Delete your account: see Delete account.

Copyright or a complaint

If a post on Floor uses your song, video or other work without permission, or you have any other complaint about content, email contact@trainonfloor.com. Include the member's username, which post, and what is wrong. We reply within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our Terms.

Not a member yet?

Floor is invite only. Ask for an invitation, or ask a member you know.

Floor is paper trading only. We never ask for money, bank details or exchange keys. If someone claiming to be Floor does, it is not us.
