Child safety standards
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Floor is a social app for traders, for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards and how to report a concern.
Adults only
Floor is for people aged 18 and over. Accounts that belong to anyone under 18 are closed when we learn of them.
What is never allowed
- Any sexual or sexualised image, video or text involving a person under 18, real, drawn or generated.
- Grooming: trying to contact, befriend or win the trust of a child for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a child.
- Offering, asking for, sharing or linking to such material, or to people who supply it.
- Any content or contact that sexualises, endangers or trafficks children.
What we do
- Remove the content as soon as we learn of it, and in any case within 24 hours of a report.
- Suspend the account for good, so it can no longer sign in or post.
- Keep the evidence the law requires, and report it to the authorities: in India to the police and the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal, as the POCSO Act and IT Rules require, and to the NCMEC CyberTipline for international cases.
- Co-operate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.
How to report
- In the app: on any entry, tap ··· → Report. On a profile, tap ··· → Block to stop all contact at once.
- By email: write to contact@trainonfloor.com with the subject "Child safety", and include the username and the post if you can. Please do not attach or forward the material itself.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 (India emergency) or 1098 (Childline India), or your local emergency number. You can also report directly at cybercrime.gov.in.
