Delete your Floor account

You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us.

In the app (immediate)

Sign in at trainonfloor.com.
Open your profile → ··· → Settings.
Under Your data, tap Delete your account.
Enter your password (if you joined with Google and never set one, it is not asked), type DELETE, and confirm.

Delete some data, keep your account

An entry, photo or video: open it → ··· → Delete.
A comment: tap Delete on your comment.
A story: open it → Delete. Stories also disappear by themselves after 24 hours.
Today's bias: open it → Remove my bias. In its first 10 minutes it is gone completely; after that it still counts in your bias record.
Profile photo, bio and city: your profile → Edit profile, then remove or change them.
Google sign-in: Settings → Password and phones → Disconnect removes your Google ID and email from your account.

Each of these is deleted at once. Closed paper trades (and older biases) stay on your record, because a record that cannot be edited is the point of Floor; to remove them, delete your account. Anything else, write to us and we will delete it within 7 days.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to contact@trainonfloor.com with your username, from the contact you joined with. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile and photo, entries (including "Dil ki baat"), photos, videos, stories, comments, reactions, saves, the traders you watch and who watches you, your bias history, live rooms and chat, phone alerts, signed-in devices, and your whole paper-trading account (orders, positions, trades and journal).

Deletion cannot be undone. We keep no separate backup copies today, so nothing is kept after deletion. If we add backups later, deleted data will leave them within 30 days, and this page will say so.
